A note from a visitor to the David McComb tribute page:
“It is absolutely safe to include David as a Heroin Overdose, That definitely killed him. The piece you have published refers to a car accident. The car accident has been ruled out as a cause of death.  On Feb. 14th the coroners finding will be released and it will all be on the public record — then I have a copy of the Post Mortem report so I am not making this up!” ~ Regards,  A friend and fan of D.
